Spay/Neuter Assistance Program- CAAP

The Companion Animal Assistance Program (CAAP) is a Stillwater, Oklahoma, based non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the health and welfare of companion animals through spay/neuter assistance and education. To this end, we provide low cost spay and neuter services on an individual basis.  We also work with Stillwater Animal Welfare by spaying/neutering animals being adopted from this facility.  Finally, we sponsor spay/neuter mobile clinics four times a year.

Find Pet Friendly Housing

As a pet owner, it might be difficult to find pet friendly apartments, so this website is here to help pet owners find a home quick and easy. We also promote "Adoption." A lot of times when people are moving to a new home, they have a new furry friend in mind. They may even be searching for pet friendly apartments with the plan of getting a pet soon. We want to promote adopting instead of the local puppy store.

Proof there is no limit to what an adopted dog can do

All animals (adopted or otherwise) have great potential.  This potential is only limited by the opportunities presented to them.  Please…if you’re thinking about getting a cat or dog, check with your local humane society/animal shelter first…there are plenty of wonderful animals with the same potential as Benji just looking for a good home.
