Operation Catnip Stillwater is a non-profit organization providing high volume, no-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services to the free-roaming community cats of Stillwater, OK and all of OK through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). TNR is the humane, effective way to help reduce the free-roaming community cat overpopulation problem.
